UNIDIR occasionally posts draft research papers to
stimulate discussion and feedback on proposed or ongoing work at
the Institute. You are welcome to send your thoughts, comments and
critiques by e-mail (the contact information is at the top of the
'for comment' paper). Your input will help us further refine or
broaden our work.
Feel free to circulate discussion papers on an informal
basis, but as they are drafts, they are not for citation.
The responsibility for each paper rests solely with
the author; 'for comment' papers do not necessarily reflect the
ideas of UNIDIR, the United Nations or our funders.
