Toward a Theory of Spacepower   The National Defense University has published Toward a Theory of Spacepower, designed to open an iterative process in strategic thinking about the national and international security aspects of the use of space. UNIDIR Director Theresa Hitchens was a contributor to the study, and co-authored the chapter "Preserving Freedom of Action in Space: Realizing the Potential and Limits of U.S. Spacepower." US Strategic Use of Space and Its Implications   Theresa Hitchens gave a presentation at the 25th International Training Course in Security Policy at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP).
